AI analyzes your resume (stack, experience, level) and compares it to each job. Result — Match score from 0 to 100. In Trial — Node matcher by keywords. In Pro — AI reads the context of your resume and the job, then re-ranks the selection.
It's based on a proprietary algorithm: every job is scored across 10 parameters, each with its own weight in the final result. AI determines how well each parameter matches, and the final Match score is a weighted average shown right on the job card. By default, the dashboard shows jobs with a score of 60% or higher — you can adjust this threshold on the "Criteria" page. You can sort jobs by ascending score and by original publish date on the dashboard page. The algorithm draws on Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of needs — the idea that people tend to satisfy their needs in sequence. We expanded the model from 7 to 10 parameters and adapted the math for job-matching purposes.
